-- January 10, 2010 00:58 JST (22年01月10日00時58分JST): Here is the latest information concerning the following works, now in its eighth year: KKXG: KING KONG VS GODZILLA / GIGANTIS (Three 3 screenplays; aka: 釈由美子さんの考えと知識への脚本) and KKXG: KING KONG VS GIGANTIS (The BOOK; aka: 釈由美子さんの考えと知識への小説). The direct business aspect about these projects have to remain secret, they must become reality. All three (3) scripts and a preliminary version of the book (not as a manuscript, but as a book) have been submitted to a strong representative agency, in fact the strongest one in my opinion, who deserves to be showered with cash. The scripts have an asking price based on the cost to make them (it took well over a decade from scratch, and the decision to do it over eight years), and the sacrifice and risk taken in which a unique education was granted. A unique reasoning that forced me with the duty to write them. The return of the final product, which is proven by mathematical induction, is simple under models both for and against. In fact, I present a model that proves the asking price is so cheap, only a monkey would try and contradict it. Finally, the content (which is king) is backed up by the law. A law thesis was presented along with the scripts in which under induction, there is no other way to go except under my content, which I own under the law. Bids are being accepted, but not one of them below the asking price will have any chance of solidification. The content is under multiple registered copyrights since 2006 and this includes 2010. I mean what I say.
For "KKXG: KING KONG VS GIGANTIS" (The BOOK), the "doctorate level" stage of the book is winding down to its close. I literally had to "re-learn" English all over again. Three (3) books came as a big help: the late Dr. Carl Sagan's "Cosmos", "Comet", and "Contact". Those books have assistance, and co-authorship, from Dr. Ann Druyan. I never thought owning first editions of these books would ever come in handy again. After writing my own original content, I had to review the style of sentence structures in the manner of how a doctor would put it (not to mention, I'm dying to go to law school.....simply because I'm eligible to go....but who's going to pay $175,000 USD for three (3) years of my life!). Then a fourth book helped. Attorney, Ralph Nader's "Crashing the Party". And with those four (4) books, plus additional resources of correct English (for and against), I was provided with a doctorate lesson on correct English, emotions that are so strong it escapes out through my own words written correctly, and finally my own style of writing with all original content. I have created, in fact modified a story that, in my opinion, is too good.It's very scary and very powerful.
You will have noticed the words jump from the 1st draft manuscript of 57,000 words, at 202 pages, to +81,000 words and 281 pages, as of this writing. What a leap! 10,000 of those words are in the Japanese language inside the book, the same increase for the scripts...the software didn't except them as part of the word count. So everything was bumped by +10,000. The book and scripts, are dual language, English and Japanese. It is a unique book,and the same uniqueness for the three (3) scripts. This is the Japan-American collaboration; the CONTENT (which is king) is here. For the next 2 weeks, the word count in the book will be shifting, mostly on an increase. The final doctorate level editing is taking place. And on a quick read, it reads accurate, like all the other books in my library (written by other people).
I'm going to conclude with a couple of things. One (1) about the asking price for the scripts, which by the way is very high (but very cheap when my argument against it is presented). The story of "Doctor Who Meets Scratchman" comes to mind as a serious lesson of experience. The Doctor Who idea of Scratchman is a fascinating business story, a story embedded inside very old Doctor Who collector books, back when there was no such thing as digital, and people bought books for the pictures and text. In fact, information you get from a source like the crass disgrace to intelligence, accuracy, and the economy known as Wikipedia, is just wrong....they simply don't have the correct sources to the exact information (i.e.: they allow a 7 year old to appear as an anonymous doctorate). My source is Ian Marter, who played Harry Sullivan in the series and worked with Tom Baker (the fourth Doctor). According to Marter, he and Tom came up with a brilliant idea to make up a full length script "for themselves". I'll refer those who want that actual story plot to contact the copyright holders, held jointly by Marter, Baker, and James Hill......but what I can say about the business is, unlike what's being told incorrectly on the internet, they ended up getting a correct script, a budget, a director, and most importantly......a contractual agreement with the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) assigning them two (2) years for the film rights. They got it all, except MONEY. At the time, according to Marter, everyone expressed great interest, including Vincent Price. They approached the big wigs like WB, Disney, Hammer, Universal, even Roger Corman (so he claims). Then Star Wars came out, and they realized their Scratchman project was far too small for any interest. It ended up being shelved because the two year approval from the BBC expired.....two years of trying to make it happen, under contract. What was the problem? According to Marter, it "was not that we were asking for too much money, but that we weren't asking for nearly enough." (***1***)
Finally, my book. The submission process to the publisher (a US publisher) has already started. The story shall be heard, and it can be heard under law and under MY registered copyright. It's the first of three (3) stories that must be told from flight JL732 on September 12, 2001 JST. There was only one (1) American from Boston that day (me), and the flight was so frightening, it can only be explained by my eyes, by my thoughts, and from my knowledge. The first story is the "giant monsters" explanation in "KKXG: King Kong vs Gigantis" in both book and screenplay forms. In the late 80's, I had a registered copyright audio work of mine disgracefully infringed, only to write numerous screenplays in a way to try and figure out why it happened. When I became educated in the mathematical environment of complexity inside computer science, and studied the law, I realized it was an infringement of a US Registered Copyright. And that US Registered Copyright was mine. And it still is mine: SRu000159911. The person who infringed the copyright actually has an account with blogspot.....is he insane: http://rickywilde.blogspot.com/. After this disgraceful infringement, I said I would never write again. Then 9/11 happened. There are three (3) stories. KKXG: KING KONG VS GIGANTOSAURUS (what's the name of that monster) is the first one, the last giant monster story I will ever conjure up in my life.....a culmination of all of them I ever thought up. What happened on flight JL732? It was so frightening, you don't want to know. Only one person shall I ever tell. I did my share. I wrote, created, submitted, AND own the multiple US registered copyrights for "KKXG: KING KONG VS GODZILLA" and "KKXG: KING KONG VS GIGANTOSAURUS" which is NOT Godzilla, all backed up BY THE LAW (First Prima Facie US registered copyright: PAu003075664). Now bid for the BILLION because it is proven under the law. 明けましておめでとうございます。

It's very first, and probably only submission (it waited almost 2 years, in its completed form, for the opportunity).
I own the registered copyright, not Toho Co. Ltd. It was not surrendered to them (as a treatment in 2006, and that proof was also provided), I didn't fall for that unlike the one back in the early 60's. Bids can be submitted for the United States, we want quite a lot, with or without the Japanese flagship. The Manuscript (Novel) for "KKXG: KING KONG VS GIGANTIS" (aka: 釈由美子さんの考えと知識への小説) is now in an official publication proof read, the final step. Every sentence, phrase and punctuation mark is being scrutinized, debated and tested. The law is being studied, restudied and evaluated. The question is asked, "What would Dr. Carl Sagan say if he read that sentence?" The process will go through the Thanksgiving holiday and most likely well beyond that. However, this is the final check, the final read, the final process, before its official submission to the publisher, a United States publisher. It feels good to be "back in business" again, like my radio days, where all the money and publicity was.
